Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://adhdtherapypottstown.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Service Description. This Site describes Medication Management, Mental Health Counseling, Psychiatric Evaluation, Teen Counseling, ADHD Therapy, Stress Management Therapy provided by EPSerenity. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.

Ownership. EPSerenity (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

End of Use. EPSerenity may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. EPSerenity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Cap on Damages. Liability of EPSerenity arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify EPSerenity from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Law and Venue. PA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in PA.

Term Changes. EPSerenity may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
